New Builds / Greenfield Sites

You pick the paddock — we’ll build the site. All Heights handles the civil and structural works required to turn a patch of grass into a telecom-ready platform. That includes:

  • Site prep, trenching, foundations.

  • Steel fabrication and structural erection.

  • Ladder systems and access platforms.

  • Integration with electrical and technical contractors.

  • Lift plans, QA checks, and compliance documentation.

We're comfortable working in remote or challenging environments, and know what it takes to deliver sites that meet spec the first time.

Site Decommissioning & Reinstatement

When a site reaches end-of-life or needs to be removed for upgrades, we handle full teardown and clean-up:

  • Safe disassembly of structures and mounts.

  • Lifting and cartage using our own fleet.

  • Removal of foundations, blocks, and surface equipment.

  • Site reinstatement (topsoil, contouring, access removal).

  • Waste disposal in line with environmental regs.

We treat decomms with the same care and planning as a new build — because leaving a site tidy matters just as much.
